PreKindergarten and Kindergarten Registration at NES for the 2020-2021 School Year

PreKindergarten and Kindergarten registration is now open.  You may submit required paperwork electronically to begin this process.  In-person verification will still be required prior to the start of the school year by a legal guardian providing the student’s birth certificate (original or certified copy).  However, dates and locations for this, and for any in-person registration, are yet to be determined.

Registration requirements for PreK for the 2020-2021 School Year:

• Northumberland Elementary School PreK Application

• Emergency Contact Information Sheet

• School Entrance Health Form & Record of Immunizations

• Home Language Survey 

• 2 Proofs of Residency in Northumberland County with physical 911 address (no post office boxes)

• Statement of Income (3 pay stubs, copy of 2019 W2 form, SSI, or other acceptable documents as proof of income or other financial support)

• Birth Certificate (needs to be submitted in-person at a later date

Registration requirements for Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 School Year:

*Your child must be 5 years old by September 30, 2020

**Students currently enrolled in PreK at NES only need to provide an updated Record of Immunizations for enrollment in Kindergarten.  This may be done by emailing the updated medical information to [email protected]t or submitted in-person at a later date.
